Unlike some reviews suggest, this is NOT a dull knife. They really, REALLY do just glide through what you're cutting. A potato slices as easily as a tomato. After use, a slightly soapy sponge across the knife under running water and it's spotless. You have to try these - you'll find yourself taking them to show to friends just to see the look on their faces when they experience the ease of cutting with these divine tools. I don't know about longevity as I've only had them about 3 weeks, but even if you have to replace them periodically, hey! they're very inexpensive! Love the colors too! |
